Item: COPELAND SPODE'S JEWEL BILLINGSLEY ROSE LARGE TEAPOT
Yes! It's absolutely beautiful! Thanks so much for offering the teapot for sale. This was my mother's china pattern, and I recently inherited it from her. I love the pattern, and have been trying to add to what she had.

I am not familiar with some of the pieces I have recently come across. Is there any way you can send me (or tell me how to obtain) a list of pieces available.. For instance, I did not know there was
a footed soup cup with saucer available.
This is really the first site I have found with any meaningful information about my grandmother's china and I am "over the top" at this wonderful site!
Thanks. Ruth

I just wanted to let you know how delighted I have been with the efficient and friendly service provided by the staff of Old China Patterns.
My latest order, as always, arrived quickly and safely. I have sent orders to the States and ordered a number of times for myself, and have never been disappointed. I have found your prices to be reasonable and your sales items excellent value.
I never hesitate to recommend you to my friends and I thank you for all your assistance. I look forward to dealing with you many more times in the future.
With sincere thanks,
Kathie

Hello:
I picked up my package from OCP today at the post office. The Minton demitasse cup and saucer from the early 1900s is beautiful and perfect.
I noted also the fine quality of the packaging.
Thank you for the care and quality.

Dear Old China Patterns,
I am deligted with my order! Thank you so much - it arrived today, packed beautifully in perfect condition.
Thank you so much for being willing to break up the 4 place settings so that I could have the 4 cups and saucers and 4 dinner plates that I needed. I so much appreciate it. I have loved this pattern, "Emperor's Garden" for
almost 30 years now, and when Minton stopped making it, I thought my chance to own it and use it was gone forever. Now, thanks to you, I have almost 6 place settings!!
Please put me down for one more cup and saucer - Sutherland shape. And someday I hope to have 8 full place settings.
I'd like to make one suggestion - that you pack the china in newspapers instead of the plastic pellets. They don't degrade, they have to be manufactured, and it seems to me that there are lots and lots of newspapers available.
Thank you so much for your kindness and care.
Sincerely,
Betsy
Thank you for your comments and suggestions Betsy.
We did use newspaper for many years before styrofoam pellets were readily available.
And while newspaper is inexpensive and abundant it is a much heavier filler than the foam. Additionally, it will compress in shipping and can and has resulted in breakage.
As you know some of the items we sell are very difficult to replace, and we wouldn't want your replacement items to be broken enroute to you.
We do reuse as much as we can, and suggest that all our clients do what they can to reuse the foam filler as well.

Thank you for the information
and assistance you provided when I called about my china pattern and then placed an order. I was surprised and happy to receive the dishes so quickly and in excellent condition. It was only by chance that I found your address on the Internet. I will certainly consider making other purchases in the future.
Thanks again .

I have been looking for a platter in my discontinued china for a long time and I just received the one I ordered from you on November 18. I was concerned at what condition it would arrive in, since it has to travel quite a long distance to where I live. I am happy to report that it arrived in perfect condition, just in time to receive the Christmas turkey. It was very securely wrapped and had no cracks or breaks even though it arrived when the temperature was -31 C.
I am very thrilled to add that beautiful piece to my set of china

Everything about my order was good, but if you must put stickers on the dishes, please use the kind that are easy to peel off and don't leave a glue residue.

Thank you for completing our web survey.
Regarding your comments about the stickers;
Each inventory item is numbered. This number is used to distinguish one item from another.
We apply a sticker to help ensure that your order is correctly filled. As we're sure you'll agree, due to the size of our inventory we would not be able to efficiently operate without such an identification system.
Because we are all human, mistakes can occur. In the few cases where an error was made in selection, or at the time of ordering, or very
occasionally an item is received damaged, the stickers are a necessary part of our returns process.
These labels identify items being returned as those that were sold/shipped by Old China Patterns Limited. By design, the stickers easily break apart to avoid tampering and fraudulent returns.
Although it seems that this is the easiest way to remove the label, (for obvious reasons) we recommend washing your items prior to use. Briefly soaking your items prior/during washing easily removes the stickers and any glue residue.
We appreciate your feedback and hope our comments address your concerns.
Thank you.

The Denby Shamrock products we ordered were delivery super fast and it all arrived it perfect condition.
Excellent fast service and will definitely buy from the website again!
Thank you.
My husband started collecting the Aynsley-Seville pattern for me for Christmas 2006. This was his last gift to me before he passed away. I cannot express how beautiful the plates, saucers and cups look in our home. Each item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My only concern was not being able to track it through the U.S. Postal System. It just showed up one day. Thank you, OCPL, expect me to be your return customer, I am recommending your company to all my friends.
I am absolutely thrilled to have found dinner plates to add to my set. The showroom has beautiful displays at excellent prices. The condition of the plates were in mint condition, better than I expected.
I will be passing along your business cards to my friends.
Regards,
Debbie

Our order arrived yesterday in perfect condition and faster than I thought it would. I am so pleased that we are able to add pieces to this china set owned by a beloved aunt. Thanks again.

I received my order today and can honestly tell you I am very, very happy. Everything arrived on time and in one piece, even though when I picked up the order the box was quite dented. I didn't have to worry, your packing came through.
I found that the tags you use come off quite easily when washing. It's only taken me 30 years to complete my set, but you helped my do it. Thanks again!
